Work experience

Senior Product Designer  •  - Present
I'm currently working at Boulevard as a Senior Product Designer, delivering solutions for self-care service providers. I oversee every aspect of the design process - from discovery to post-release and I am responsible for designing complex customer-facing experiences. I wrote our content style guide and currently lead Boulevard's design system, which I have overhauled from the ground-up to eliminate ambiguity, promote consistency, and ensure ease of use for designers and developers alike.

Product Designer  •  -
From a small local startup to a huge international remote company, I've conducted user research, delivered quality prototypes and designs, and ensured post-release success in an agile team environment. My focus was designing the next generation of online interactive learning for cloud students in a highly technical space.

Skills & interests

I'm a Figma expert, with a comprehensive understanding of best practices and efficient usage from prototypes to final comps. I'm skilled in standard design applications such as Adobe Suite, Blender for 3D work, and After Effects for motion graphics. If it's a digital design tool, there's a good chance I've used it before.
Every project is unique, and I believe design strategies should adapt to specific constraints in scope, time, and desired outcomes. I maintain a list of skills in my toolbox, including internal & external discovery interviews, wireframing, prototype and usability testing, card sorting, co-design sessions, and more.
I believe that the best products are made when design and engineering work in harmony, and I pride myself on cultivating strong relationships with engineers. I possess a solid foundation in programming and web tech, and have been an avid Rust enthusiast since '15, experimenting with everything from webapps, to microcontroller applications, to video games.
Music Production
I'm a classically trained pianist that has since forgotten most of Chopin and now instead just makes "sick" beats on the computer for fun.
