- Designed chart sign-off for medical directors: nearly 10,000 charts sent for approval across 140+ businesses within months of launch.
- Designed visual charting with photo markup for MedSpa providers, used in 18,000+ charts across 160+ businesses.
- Shipped Phrases, text expansion for clinical notes, adopted by 10% of businesses using forms in its first week.
