Design lead on the Professional Experience team responsible for Boulevard's provider mobile app and the forms and clinical tools used by salons, spas, and MedSpas. Also the design owner of Boulevard's design system.
- Led the redesign of calendar and booking, used by about 75% of Boulevard's users, helping lift the provider app's App Store rating from 3.5 to 4.8 stars.
- Built Boulevard's design system and drove adoption with documentation, workshops, office hours, and a Figma plugin. Used by the entire design and engineering teams, with over 1,000,000 component inserts in the past year.
- Designed MedSpa compliance workflows: chart sign-off for medical directors (nearly 10,000 charts sent for approval within months, and a 2026 central review page now used at 2,100+ businesses), and electronic prescriptions, which rolled out to about 3,400 businesses in April 2026.
- Led research and design for visual charting, an iPad-first photo markup tool used in 18,000+ charts at over 340 businesses, and designed Phrases, text expansion for clinical notes adopted by 10% of businesses using forms in its first week.
